Job Summary

The Business Development Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team by nurturing prospective and existing customers. You'll play a critical role in the dealership's success by ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and email leads in a timely and professional manner.

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers to schedule showroom appointments.

• Follow up with past customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure smooth hand offs and excellent customer service.

• Assist in developing marketing and lead generation campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience (automotive industry a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., VinSolutions, DriveCentric, or similar).

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.

• Bilingual skills a plus.
