What We’re Looking For
We’d love to connect with you if you have:
→ Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
→ Current and active BCBA certification
→ Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings
→ Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
→ Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities
BCBA Responsibilities
→ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
→ Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
→ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
→ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
→ Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
→ Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
