: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabinoid industry, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about our products, including their benefits, uses, and dosage recommendations
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping displays neat and visually appealing
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in the cannabis or cannabinoid industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of cannabinoid products and their therapeutic properties is a plus
• Must be at least 21 and able to pass a background check
