Bartender
- Part-time hours available
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- The bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, processing their food/beverage orders, and maintaining the overall environment according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club.
- Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences.
- Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including but not limited to wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc.
- Takes food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience for each patron.
- Practices mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high quality cocktails and other beverages.
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
- Excellent service orientation
- 2 years of experience Bartending
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
- Knowledge of JONAS, preferred
