We are looking for a motivated Scanning Clerk to join our growing company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role will be working in a face paced environment, and will be responsible for scanning RO's into the system for the service department. Universal Nissan-Hyundai believes in growth through integrity, creativity and teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities may include the following: 

• Organizing and prepping Service and Parts documents to prepare for scanning
• Scanning into Scan Management
• Accuracy is Key. Verification of all scanned documents is essential.
• Once all scanned and verified for accuracy, documents are then sent to shredding.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and organized
• Good time management skills
• Tekion experienced a plus
• Ability to lift 5-15 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to perform repetitive motion
