How you’ll make an impact in this role

Engineer a sterile and high-functioning surgical environment by meticulously preparing the operating suite with the specific instruments, solutions, and drapes required for complex procedures.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by expertly managing the flow of instruments and supplies during procedures, ensuring the surgeon has exactly what is needed at the precise moment it’s required.

Champion patient safety and positioning by assisting in the secure transport and anatomical alignment of patients, maintaining a protective and dignified environment throughout the perioperative journey.

Maintain rigorous clinical accountability by organizing and tracking instrument counts with unwavering accuracy to ensure a safe, complication-free outcome for every patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart
  Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following:

• Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Surg Tech experience preferred
• Surgical Technician certification preferred
