IT Program Manager, Product Construction

Long-term on-site contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement ARC Group is recruiting an IT Program Manager for our Fortune 500 client to oversee the delivery of IT product construction projects across destination developments. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards and KPIs. The IT Program Manager will collaborate with IT Product Teams, Construction, Refurbishment, and other brand operating departments, including Operations, Design, Procurement, Brand Product Development, and external vendors and partners. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, champion IT product capabilities across destination projects, and drive the delivery of world-class solutions. This is an on-site role in Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL, initially a long-term contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities of the IT Program Manager:
- Lead and manage all projects within the delivery program, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to define milestones, scope, and responsibilities.
 - Monitor project progress, track risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
 - Manage vendor performance to meet time, budget, safety, and brand standards.
 - Align project requirements with execution priorities and planning efforts.
 - Maintain program health and status reports; implement process improvements as needed.
 - Proactively manage program financials, budgets, and resource allocation.
 - Mentor and guide Project Managers, enforcing project management standards.
 - Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
 - Resolve conflicts and drive alignment among teams and suppliers.
 
- Manage program/project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
 - Ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
 - Apply accounting rules for expense and capital activities; monitor financial implications of systems and services.
 - Identify cost optimization opportunities and manage financial performance.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 - 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure program management.
 - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (conversational).
 - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
 - Experience with IT infrastructure projects in construction or destination development environments.
 - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to support decisions.
 - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
 - Comfortable working with international teams and on construction sites.
 - Must be able to work on-site in Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL.
 - Must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
 - PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
 - 3+ years of program management experience.
 - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT project management.
 - Experience in creating key requirement documentation and project artifacts.
 - Strategic thinker with a positive, proactive approach and ability to drive ideas into action.
