IT Program Manager, Product Construction
Miramar, Florida – Onsite ARC Group is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple high-impact projects for a Fortune 500 organization in Miramar, FL. This position plays a key role in the IT Product Construction (Destinations) division, managing complex programs from initiation through delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, brand standards, and performance goals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all projects within the assigned delivery program, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution that meets brand and operational objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT Product Teams, Construction & New Build, Refurbishment, and cross-functional brand departments such as Operations, Design, Procurement, and Product Development.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Champion IT product capabilities within destination and modernization projects, driving innovation and world-class execution.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate deliverables and maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional teams through clear, concise presentations, reports, and meetings.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the program lifecycle.
- 5 or more years of related experience managing complex, multi-departmental IT or construction-related programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work on-site in Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
