We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)  to provide K–12 school-based services  for the 2025–2026 school year . Whether you're an experienced school SLPA or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload:  Multiple caseloads available (K–12)
• Schedule: Â 3 days/week
• Hours:  20 – 25 hours/week
• Dates:  August 4, 2025 – May 29, 2026
• Location: Â Onsite in Florida (hybrid may be possible for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff
• Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
• Participate in team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLPA license or registration (state-specific, e.g., Florida Department of Health)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
