Pay: $15/hour + tips
Type: Full-time or Part-time We’re looking for driven, dependable leaders who want more than “just a job.” If you’re motivated, organized, and excited to help develop a high-performing team—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead, you’ll support management and help run smooth, successful shifts. Your duties will include:
- Managing labor during your shift to maintain efficiency.
- Reviewing and managing food cost variance reports.
- Opening or closing the store, including following checklists.
- Counting money and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent guest service.
- Making pizzas and food items to Marco’s standards.
- Assigning tasks and ensuring shift operations stay on track.
- Training and supporting new team members.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Ensuring food safety and quality procedures are always followed.
