We’re opening a brand-new Marco’s Pizza in Celebration (6055 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL)—and we’re looking for motivated leaders to help us launch! We’re aiming to open before Christmas, but timelines may shift. Training will take place at our Davenport location (7553 Osceola Polk Line Rd, Davenport, FL).

POSITION: Shift Lead
Pay: $15/hour + tips
Type: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead, you’ll support management and help run smooth, successful shifts. Your duties will include:

• Managing labor during your shift to maintain efficiency.
• Reviewing and managing food cost variance reports.
• Opening or closing the store, including following checklists.
• Counting money and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Making pizzas and food items to Marco’s standards.
• Assigning tasks and ensuring shift operations stay on track.
• Training and supporting new team members.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Ensuring food safety and quality procedures are always followed.
