Campbell & Company is a multi-division financial services firm (Wealth Management, Tax Planning, Insurance) expanding its independent advisory platform and entering its next phase of strategic growth.
We are seeking a high-capacity Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Founder, CEO, and Lead Financial Advisor.
This is not a clerical role.
This is a performance-driven executive and advisory support position designed to protect leadership time and support production at the highest level.What You Will Own:
- Executive Calendar & Time Protection:
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar (strategic + client-facing). Protect deep work and production time. Build preparation and follow-up windows around all meetings. Coordinate travel and leadership commitments.
- Lead Advisory Support:
- Prepare client meeting materials and documentation. Maintain CRM accuracy (Redtail). Track follow-up items from client meetings to completion. Coordinate onboarding and 100-day review processes. Support seminars and client events tied directly to production.
- Meeting Execution & Follow-Through:
- Ensure meetings are fully prepared in advance. Capture decisions and action items. Track execution across departments. Prevent dropped tasks and bottlenecks.
- Communication & Liaison:
- Serve as liaison between the CEO, team members, and clients. Maintain professional, timely communication. Route operational matters efficiently to reduce executive noise.
- Project & Priority Tracking:
- Maintain visibility on executive initiatives and quarterly priorities. Provide structured weekly status updates. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Tech fluent (CRM, scheduling systems, project tools).
- Experienced supporting senior leadership (5+ years required).
- Able to anticipate needs before being asked.

Requirements
- Full-time, in-office.
- Proven executive or senior advisor support experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High discretion and confidentiality.
- Financial services experience strongly preferred.
