Customer Service Representative (Orlando)

At Circle Logistics, this role is one of our main entry points—and we’ve recently promoted multiple team members into Carrier Sales, Operations, and Account Management roles in as little as 6 months .

What You’ll Do
- Manage live shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate with drivers and customers in real time
- Track freight, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to keep everything moving
- Handle a high volume of calls (100+ daily)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in customer service, operations, call center, or logistics
- Strong communication + attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Grit, urgency, and a team-first mindset
