Service & Repair Project Manager

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Service & Repair Project Manager role to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Service & Repair Project Manager

Position Type: Full-time with HCLTech

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Role/Responsibilities

• Project planning, Work break down structure, Activity planning, Resource planning, optimization, Schedule tracking and project implementation
• MS Project plan with detailed schedule and activities
• Harmonizing service and Repair procedures and automation at DPS Service Sites.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing competing priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Ability to work in team is required
• Organizational skills, ability to resolve conflicts
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and project collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.
• Additional language skills (preferably German) are beneficial for this role
• Background in administrative/project coordination within a Quality, Service & Repair, technical, engineering, or R&D environment.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $48.00 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $58.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
