Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury to join the team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including trial preparation. This is an opportunity for a practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about securing justice for the injured.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Oversee personal injury files from initial intake through settlement or trial.

• Litigation: Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and manage all aspects of the litigation lifecycle.

• Advocacy: Represent clients at depositions, mediations, and court hearings.

• Strategy: Collaborate with senior counsel to develop effective legal strategies for motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.

• Client Relations: Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with a diverse client base, ensuring they are guided through every step of the legal process.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.

• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar .

• Skills: - Proven track record in depositions and courtroom advocacy.

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft complex pleadings and motions.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice.

• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, as we serve a diverse local population.
