E-Commerce Category Manager (Consumables) - Clearwater, FL
Salary: $140,000-$160,000

My client is seeking a dynamic Consumables Portfolio Lead to take ownership of theirr $6M consumables segment and steer it toward $20M+ in annual revenue. In this high-visibility role, you will be the business owner responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies across subscription models, repeat purchases, and promotional campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and have direct exposure to executive leadership and the CEO, making a tangible impact on our company’s growth and success. Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 6–10 years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, product marketing, or category management, with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Deep analytical skills, especially interpreting SKU-level and cohort data to inform strategy
- Expertise in influencing promotional tactics, pricing strategies, and SKU prioritization
- Strong presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with executive leadership
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills without direct authority
- Experience in consumables, supplements, wellness, beauty, or similar replenishment-driven categories is preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, web operations, CRM, and customer experience teams
- Willingness to contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with high-level executive interaction
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 6-10 years of relevant experience owning a product line, category, or revenue segment within e-commerce, consumer products or beauty products
- Experience in developing and executing lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Familiarity with merchandising, bundling strategies, and promotional lift analysis
