P&C Underwriter - REMOTE
General Placement Service is recruiting on behalf of a respected national insurance carrier. they seek to hire a P&C Underwriter to underwrite new business for their clients. In this role you will work fully remote for a growing carrier with national reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insurance applications to determine risks
- Review renewals
- Ensure compliance
- Process new business applications
What you need to be qualified:
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale or production underwriting.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Industry designations (CPCU, AU, CIC) strongly preferred
- Broker relationships
