Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Drive financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights, and support the business decision-making processes
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Present financial results and insights to senior management, highlighting key drivers and recommending actions.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Misc. other financial related duties, projects and tasks as needed
- Financial Reporting

- Financial Statements
- Analysis (4 years of experience is required)
- Variance Analysis (4 years of experience is required)

- M&A Due Diligence (2 years of experience is preferred)
- MBA
- Trend Analysis (2 years of experience is preferred)
