Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant for beachfront home office in Boca Raton (no child care involved) that is DETAIL oriented, ORGANIZED, dependable and punctual, with strong MS Office skills and MAC savvy, intelligent and willing to learn. Live in position based in Boca Raton, Florida. Must be able to travel overseas to Israel for the summer, june to October. This is a 1099/ Private Contractor position The successful candidate will have the ability to think and support multiple projects. Requirements include: - Strong command of English; outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar with constant communication and follow-up, including appointments, reservations, events, travel, etc. - Monitor and track expenses -maintain exercise and nutrition discipline - Pack for short and long term trips - Light cleaning, laundry and normal household duties - Track various memberships to maintain current status - Draft emails and speeches, answer phones - Conduct research for special projects - Organize and maintain filing, office supplies and ensure all equipment is working properly - Assist in planning parties, dinners and events, including providing service as needed - Run errands, and procure household supplies as needed - Legally able to work within the United States - Have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - Notary, or at least be willing to become one
