We are hosting an Open Call for experienced, polished, and charismatic Servers to join our new South Beach team. As the face of our dining experience, our Servers exude confidence, style, and professionalism — delivering service that is both engaging and refined.

We’re seeking individuals with a polished presence and genuine warmth — professionals who take pride in their craft, have a keen sense of presentation, and thrive in Miami’s vibrant, fast-paced hospitality scene. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of grace, attentiveness, and product knowledge that elevates every guest interaction, embodying the energy and sophistication that define La Grande Boucherie.

• Prior experience in restaurants of similar caliber
• French food and wine knowledge
• Professional communication skills
• Able to take directions and work in a team environmental
• Able to solve problems, and work calmly and effectively under the pressure
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• Able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
