We are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate FT to join our team, opening at the end of 2024!

Mission: Guarantee the best experience of our customers and contribute to increase the sales of the store.

Responsibilities: Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home. It will be necessary to be familiar with the sales indicators and focusing on improving them. To accomplish this, Multifunctional Sale Associates will have to focus on all the tools available to foster the omnichannel experience. They need to ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to. Different tools will be provided to cover the tasks mentioned above and it is crucial that these tools are used efficiently and in a respectful and appropriate way. While working at the cash desk, Multifunctional Sales Associates are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly. When working in the stockrooms, Multifunctional Sale Associates are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized. Multifunctional Sales Associates are expected to share their knowledge with new starters providing them with basic training and collaborating on their onboardings. At all times, they will be expected to behave according to the values of Mango. The wellbeing of all our staff is key, and because of that, it is expected to carry all the above following at all the times our Health and Safety standards.

Requirements: Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment. Customer service oriented. Independent work ethic, time management skills. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team. High energy, enthusiastic, passionate, and upbeat attitude. Fosters genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity and building trusting relationships. Strong communication skills. Ability to adapt energy and speed. Computer skills to operate point of sale system is a plus.

The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $16/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay rate at any time.
