Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. 75,000 - 150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Great communication and social skills
As a Miami native, Luis attended FIU, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance. His passion for business then led him to the corporate world, where he worked for various Fortune 500 companies. His last professional position as an Accounting Manager sharpened his leadership skills and allowed him to use his passion to effectively guide his team members. Now, as a broker-agent, Luis strives to bring his high level of determination and expertise to our brokerage.
His ultimate goal as an agent is to ensure his clients sail through a transaction worry-free. He believes strongly that excellent service converts clients into friends.
