We’re looking for Field Supervisors—driven in-home sales professionals who love connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping families choose the right solutions across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. We believe in hiring the right person, and training them in the other trades they are not familiar with.
If you’re experienced in HVAC sales or comfort consulting, this is your next-level opportunity. You’ll be selling full-home solutions, not just one trade—and your income potential is limited only by your drive and performance. No more are the days of dreading the shoulder seasons- if HVAC slows due to weather(as example), allowing you to hit income levels you've never experienced before!
The Big TaskYou’ll meet with homeowners after service or inspection visits, review system findings, and guide them through repair, replacement, or upgrade options. Every conversation is an opportunity to help customers make informed decisions that improve their comfort, safety, and peace of mind—while driving the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate & Advise: Present clear, honest, and compelling options for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with field technicians and department managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow Up: Maintain consistent communication with customers from estimate to close.
- Stay Organized: Keep detailed notes, track estimates, and manage leads in ServiceTitan.
- Deliver Results: Meet or exceed sales goals for conversion rate, average ticket, and total revenue.
- Train & Develop: Continue building your product knowledge and communication skills through ongoing training.
- Represent PowerHouse: Embody professionalism, positivity, and our core values in every interaction.
- Proven experience in in-home or trade sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, or similar).
- A natural ability to connect with customers and build trust.
- The confidence to recommend solutions and close deals.
