Project Manager
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborating with architects, school boards, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for educational clients, providing updates and resolving challenges.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring all projects meet educational facility regulations and safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in educational facilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and design principles specific to educational environments.
- A track record of managing multiple projects successfully, on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with school administrators and contractors.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
