Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance testing on products and services to ensure they meet industry standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve overall product/service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and provide solutions
- Create detailed reports on quality metrics and performance indicators
- Train and educate team members on quality assurance best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
Currency: USD
