Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance staff, promoting high performance and accountability
• Oversee all aspects of general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep for the community
• Manage and complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
• Coordinate and perform maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, pumps, and timers
• Conduct painting, stucco, and concrete restoration projects
• Perform pressure cleaning and storm drain maintenance as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions promptly

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within HOA/COA environments
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Experience with irrigation systems and landscaping maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and email communication
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
