Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: You’ll typically be out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may happen. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads include 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings are between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure you have reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance is available starting the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also become eligible for dedicated accounts.
