Quality Control Inspector – PC Boards (PCB)
Location: Longwood, FL
Pay: $17-$18 (DOE)
Schedule: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector – PC Boards (PCB) to support inspection and quality activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented inspector with experience in PCB assembly, cables, harnesses, or electronic components.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Experience with data entry and computer systems
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Proficient with inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, rulers, pin gauges, and ring gauges
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Prior experience in assembly or quality inspection preferred
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control Inspection
- IPC-WHMA-A-620 and/or J-STD-001 certification
- Experience inspecting printed circuit boards (PCB)
- Willingness to work varied shifts to support production surges
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect and accept or reject PC boards, materials, and components based on engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances to supervision and management
- Complete inspection reports, logs, and quality documentation accurately
- Perform visual inspection, continuity testing, and resistance testing on PCBs, cables, harnesses, and connectors
- Perform basic math for dimensional measurements, weight calculations, and torque conversions
- Accurately record product data, labor hours, and traceability requirements in electronic systems
- Track daily job progress and inspection deficiencies (written and electronic)
- Ensure all measurement and inspection equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company and safety standards
