CNA HHA Patient Care Specialist

- Stability & Reliability: We offer bi-weekly direct deposit and clear, consistent communication so you can focus on what you do best—caring for your patients.
- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Cases assigned based on patient need and your availability.
- Provide professional one-on-one care and assistance with ADLs in the patient’s home.
- Communicate updates on patient well-being to our clinical team.
- Support patients with safe transfers and mobility.
- Follow the established Plan of Care to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain a reliable schedule: Our patients and their doctors count on us to arrive on time for all shifts.
- Proactive communication: If you are running late or have an emergency, you call the office immediately so we can support you and ensure patient safety.
- Active Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License.
- Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation with dedication to consistently arrive on time for our patients.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification and Level II Background Screen (AHCA).
- Bilingual Plus: Spanish or Creole speaking is a major plus for specific cases.
- Insurance: Professional Liability Insurance is required. (We can provide resources for coverage at approx. $10/month).
