Construction Management Professional Associate

We’re seeking a Construction Management Professional Associate to be based in Jacksonville, FL and various unanticipated worksites in the U.S.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, including procurement, design, contracting, construction, activation, closeout, and warranty phases. Collaborate with leadership and involved participants to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Review project construction documents and coordinate efforts between all stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and cost impacts. Evaluate and manage scope changes, ensuring proper documentation, stakeholder communication, and alignment with funding sources. Provide clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, school administrators, and board representatives. Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting, life safety, and accessibility standards. Integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution, such as indoor air quality, asbestos abatement, hazardous waste management, and drinking water sampling and testing. Coordinate with the city and state officials for regular inspections of diesel tanks. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and third-party consultants to deliver high-performing, future-ready educational environments. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for innovation in public school construction.
Supervise the work of other employees.

Here's what you'll need
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field and 7 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in Construction.
SPECIFIC SKILLS Special skills: Commercial and institutional building construction. Pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components. Proven track record managing budgets in excess of $150M. Environmental assessment and regulations for buildings. Software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam and Revit. Project management experience with oversight of consultants and contractors. OSHA 30 certification.

The base salary range for this position is $157,518.00 to $161,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
