Membership & Event Sales Executive

The Membership & Event Sales Executive supports revenue growth, brand visibility, and elevated guest experiences across SORA by Hotel Collection. This role combines event sales support, content production, membership sales & communication, and administrative coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage social media photo and video content across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Manage influencer and brand ambassador relationships, including communication, expectations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate restaurant buyout events, acting as the primary liaison with clients to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Follow up on event sales leads, assist with proposal development, handle negotiations when required, and support the closing of deals.
• Support monthly membership event programming, including communications, scheduling, and event experience oversight.
• Assist with onboarding of Members, quarterly billing coordination, and membership database accuracy.
• Maintain ongoing communications with Members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide direct administrative support to the supervisor, including miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.

Schedule and Pay

• M-F 9-6pm
• This position will require some weekend and evening hours for events
• $70K base + commissions
