Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
Analyze customer insurance policies to identify any gaps in coverage or areas for improvement.
Proactively review policies with customers, explaining coverage options in clear and concise terms.
Recommend appropriate coverage adjustments based on individual needs and risk assessments.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers by providing personalized service and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being.
Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, offer valuable insights, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Guide customers through the claims process, providing support and information every step of the way.
Ensure a smooth and efficient claims experience by effectively communicating with adjusters and other relevant parties.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on active listening and empathy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with insurance software (if applicable).
Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
