Salary: $100K-$175K
Florida's Best Water Treatment Company has been improving homeowners' water quality for over 60 years. We're expanding and looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to build, coach, and lead a winning door-to-door sales team.
This is a leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential through base salary, commissions, bonuses, and team overrides .

What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers
- Train, coach, and motivate your team
- Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
- Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
- Manage performance and drive appointment generation
- Build a positive, high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team
- Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
- Strong leadership and recruiting skills
- Track record of hitting team goals
