Job Description: Sales Administrator
Main Job Purpose:
Provide industry leading sales support to our customers and team of sales managers. Successful candidates must have an intermediate-to-proficient working knowledge of Excel and Outlook , have extreme attention to detail, a go-getter attitude, able to multi-task and be comfortable working in a business casual office environment. Duties & responsibilities:
- Create and revise Order Confirmations in conjunction with the Sales and Buying teams
- Create specifications for Packaging Sheets in conjunction with the factory team
- Create and edit multiple customer specific spreadsheets outlining production commitments
- Arrange customer updates on product assortment, samples, images, etc.
- Create customer buy offers based on their requests, incoming stock, and warehouse stock
- Prepare luggage presentation sheets for customers
Skills and Attributes:
- Intermediate-to-proficient in MS Excel and Outlook (A MUST)
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable
- Reliable
- Previous sales support role (preferred)
- Excellent numerical skills for entering, checking and analyzing data
- Tech-savvy – proven experience juggling multiple computer applications (preferred)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Highly organized and able to manage deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time
- Respond well under pressure
Work Location: In-office
Salary Range: $18 - $22 per hour
