Residential HVAC Installer

Responsibilities
- Leading an installation crew for residential HVAC change outs.
- Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members and management to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- EPA Type II certification (preferred).
Compensation
The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with experience.
