Charter Flights Sales Advisor
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a Charters Flights company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay Rate: Open depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire
We are seeking a seasoned Private Jet Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a sales role, perfect for someone with substantial experience in the aviation industry, whether as a broker or in a sales position. A significant advantage if you have an existing book of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to sell private jet services
- Leverage industry knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
- Manage and grow a personal book of business
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the aviation industry, either as a broker or in a sales role
- Existing book of clients is a major plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely if not based in Florida
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
- High commission package, especially for candidates with a book of clients
- Competitive bonuses and incentives, outpacing industry competitors
- Base pay is flexible, open to negotiation based on experience and expectations
