Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Tri-Base Area)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Otak Group, Inc. is a family-owned Design-Build General Contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2000, we’ve delivered complex federal construction projects across the U.S. and internationally, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense (DoD) market. We specialize in full-scope design-build delivery for government clients in remote, secure, and mission-critical environments.
We are currently hiring qualified candidates for the following full-time positions on active projects in the Tri-Base area (Jacksonville, FL):
• Assistant Site Project Manager
• Site Quality Control Manager (CQCM)
• Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)
• Site Superintendent
Position Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will support all phases of project execution, including: • Assisting with proposal development and design planning
• Producing and implementing project schedules
• Coordinating submittals and transmittals
• Overseeing daily construction activities
• Enforcing compliance with project design plans, safety standards, and federal regulations • Supporting on-site quality control, safety, and reporting requirements
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field • 4+ years of federal construction project experience
CQCM
• Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field • 6+ years of relevant federal construction experience
• Completion of USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification (preferred)
Superintendent
• High school diploma (minimum)
• 10+ years of field construction experience, including at least 5 years in federal contracting
• Relevant certifications required (EM 385-1-1, First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30, etc.) All Positions Require:
• U.S. citizenship (required for federal access clearance)
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DoD security vetting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Adobe, Teams, and other digital tools
• Familiarity with federal construction standards and contract execution for agencies such as NAVFAC and USACE
• Ability to obtain base access and meet security clearance requirements Compensation & Benefits:
