Your mission

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Qualify Leads : Assess potential clients’ needs and pain points to determine how our 1NCE can add value to their business. 
  • Respond Quickly to Leads: Prioritize and follow up on inbound leads with a prompt response time to ensure opportunities are maximized.
  • Act on Opportunities: Identify and respond to new sales opportunities with urgency and focus, maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
  • Engage in Discovery : Conduct initial conversations with leads to uncover key business challenges, pain points, and the specific outcomes they aim to achieve.
  • Assess Fit and Potential : Apply qualification methodologies to systematically evaluate lead quality and ensure alignment with 1NCE products.
  • Drive Fast Sales Cycles: Actively engage with leads and move them swiftly through the sales funnel to close deals as quickly as possible.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships:  Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email, act as the primary point of contact for new web shop buyers and inquiries, and strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships.
  • Prioritize Effectively: Manage your pipeline with a keen sense of which opportunities need immediate attention to close deals efficiently.
  • Drive Fast Sales Cycles: Actively engage with leads and move them swiftly through the sales funnel to close deals as quickly as possible.
  • Maintain customer focus: Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity.
  • Maintain CRM Data : Keep accurate records of all interactions and leads within the CRM system, tracking follow-up actions, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Collaborate to Expedite Processes: Work closely with back office support and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and ensure a quick and seamless experience.
  • Sales Manager Support:  Occasionally accompany Sales Managers to regional or national events, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Collaborate with the international team:  Work closely with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing : Work with cross-functional teams to align prospecting efforts and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Performance Tracking : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Self-Motivated : Driven to meet or exceed targets and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Your skills

  • Experience : 1-3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the software or tech industry.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy : Understanding and willingness to learn software development concepts and familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Goal-Oriented : A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative : Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:  Excellent communication skills fluent English are essential for this position.
  • Experience and Background: You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly advantageous.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • Collaboration with External Partners: You bring a structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners.
  • Team Player: You are an open-minded and dedicated team player
  • Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude: A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge are some of your qualities.
  • Independent Work:  You are capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even remotely.

Your interview process

There will be three online meet ings :

  • First meeting with Recruiter  to align on position details
  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with Senior Vice President,  as the final step of the process
