A respected regional cardiovascular institute in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding Cardiothoracic Surgery team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly skilled surgeons and advanced practice providers in a program known for clinical excellence, teamwork, and cutting-edge technology.

Position Highlights

• • Join a collaborative team of cardiothoracic surgeons and experienced APPs in a high-volume cardiac surgery program.
  • Surgical First Assist and Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH) experience required.
  • Additional experience with advanced heart failure support systems (LVAD, Impella, ECMO, transplant) is a plus.
  • Participate in perioperative management, ICU rounds, and patient follow-up.
  • Minimal call schedule ( approximately 1:4 , including one weekend per month).
  • Supported by a strong infrastructure, allowing providers to focus on patient care and surgical excellence.
