10-4 Logistics is inviting recent CDL Class A graduates to join our regional fleet operating in the Tallahassee, FL area. We provide paid, over-the-road (OTR) finish training and an aggressive tuition reimbursement program to help repay CDL school debt.

What you will learn
- Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering in urban and regional hubs around Tallahassee.
- Operation and compliance with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) systems and FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL issued by an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and DOT compliance.
