Warehouse Associate / Installer

We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a top employer in Fort Myers!

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18-21/hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and maintain product
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and local building codes
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform quality checks on completed installations
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when required
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Document work completed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse and installation or related field
• Comfortable working at heights
• Comfortable working in the heat
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installation processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
