About the Role:
Join ABA RESULTS LLC as a Student Analyst/Supervisee, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the lives of individuals through effective behavioral analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside a dedicated team in Fort Myers, FL.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to support behavioral assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Observe and document client progress during sessions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client outcomes and strategies.
- Provide support in the training and supervision of new staff and interns.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, or related field.
- Pursuing a master's in applied behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
