Plumbing Dispatcher CSR

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient service by matching the right technician to each job.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer calls and assign the appropriate technician to each job.
• Prioritize urgent customer calls to ensure prompt service.
• Relay detailed and accurate information to technicians to ensure a quality customer experience.
• Record and report service calls accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional growth and development.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.

• Strong skills in coordination and multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills for relaying information accurately.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development.

Job Requirements:

High degree of proficiency in office procedures, typing and machines.
Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
Some dispatching in the industry of service/construction experience preferred.
Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations.
Positive outlook and problem solver.
General office duties to include filing, sorting, answering phones, greeting customers, etc.
A desire to make a productive contribution to a working environment.
