Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables following restaurant procedures.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation regulations.
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
