Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution across production, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and shipping.
• Monitor workflow and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
• Identify issues early and remove obstacles for the team.
• Train associates on proper processes and quality standards.
• Provide immediate feedback and support.
