Environmental Services Technician
Location: Bradenton, FL 34205
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
We're hiring an Environmental Services Technician to help keep our medical facility clean, safe, and sanitary. You’ll play a key role in infection control by ensuring patient and public areas are spotless and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors
- Dust vents, baseboards, and wall décor
- Empty trash and clean wastebaskets and fixtures
- Sanitize sinks, restrooms, water coolers; restock paper goods and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, partitions, and window coverings
- Maintain reception and outdoor areas (trash pickup, sidewalks, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduation or GED. (School transcripts will be required as part of the hiring process)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiar with custodial equipment and supplies
- Understand and follow safety guidelines (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)
- Team player with good communication skills
