Registered Nurse Trainer ( Remote + Travel )

Schedule: Approximately 80% Remote, 20% Travel (all travel expenses covered)

Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Nurse with prior experience in aesthetics to join our wellness network. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and protocol development to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and service standards across all locations. This position combines remote work with occasional travel to support team training and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine protocols for aesthetic treatments, including:

  • Advanced facial rejuvenation therapies

  • Cryotherapy-based treatments

  • Hydration and infusion therapies

  • Body sculpting and toning programs

• Provide training and mentorship for nurses and estheticians, both remotely and on-site

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance training programs and standard procedures

• Ensure team adherence to safety, sanitation, and service standards

• Travel as needed (approximately 20% of the time) for training, audits, and support at new locations; all travel expenses covered

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or equivalent nursing license)

• Required: Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medspa settings

• Experience with rejuvenation, cryotherapy, or skin renewal procedures

• Training or mentoring experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills

• Flexible and able to travel as required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $22–$27, based on experience
