Salon Manager Role - $1,000 Hiring Bonus & Career Growth!
Supercuts of South Miami needs an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists in a positive and energetic work environment, and to ensure the success of our team and the salon. We offer a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus and a benefits package, which includes the option for health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Manage our team of licensed stylists
- Contribute to the team by performing salon services
- Lead employees to success by providing leadership
- Market the salon and build clientele
- Recruit and train stylists
- Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
- Create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Three+ years of salon management experience
- Five years of salon experience (prior Supercuts experience is a plus)
- Ability to be flexible with schedule and to work some nights and weekends
- Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to communicate fluently in English & Spanish
- FL cosmetology license
- Valid DL and reliable transportation
