Insurance Sales Reps *NEEDED ASAP*—Boca Raton FL Area

Description : Are you a friendly amp; motivated individual with a passion for helping others? We are ACTIVELY looking to hire 2-3 Reps that have proven "Phone Sales Exp." (If you have experience selling "Short Term Medical (STMs)" or "Limited Medical (LM) Insurance," that's a BONUS—but not required). If you are motivated , a self-starter , and have good phone etiquette , this will be an EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY!

Responsibilities :

· Handle inbound amp; outbound calls from interested prospects.

· Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.

· Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements :

• MUST HAVE : 2-3 years of Proven Phone Sales Experience
• EXPERIENCE : Selling Insurance “Short Term Medical” or “Limited Medical.”

o ( NOT A MUST —but would be a Positive amp; make you a TOP Applicant)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual is not required but would be extremely beneficial
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in “Microsoft Office”/Computer literate
• Looking to grow "Personally amp; Professionally"
• Teachable, have the willingness to learn

Compensation amp; Details:

• Beautiful office located in East Boca Raton (Yamato amp; Federal)
• Tuition Reimbursement : Willing to “ Sponsor ” - Help you obtain your "215 Insurance License"
• NOW OFFERING—Training Pay plus Uncapped Commissions
• Weekly Pay —Average Rep is making $1000 - $1500.00 weekly.
• Daily and Weekly Spiffs.
• This is a Full-Time in-Office Position.
• Uncapped Earning Potential.
