Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home located in Fort Myers, FL is searching for an Estimator to join their team. The Estimator will take measurements and provide the sales team with all necessary information to complete active projects. What We Offer:
- Hourly Range: $20 - $25 (based on experience)
- Full Time - 40+ hrs. & weekends when needed (flexible availability a must)

Responsibilities:
- Always provide outstanding customer service & professionalism
- Take photos & measurements of all projects in a timely manner
- Place measurement information within company software program
- Manage and track status of active/upcoming projects
- Complete any updates or revision when necessary
- Communicating with the manager(s) to keep projects aligned
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for a project
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience as an Estimator, Flooring Installer, Project Manager, Construction, or similar role.
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Ability to properly measure all types of spaces (REQUIRED)
- Strong computer & math skills (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of the flooring industry a big plus
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, & desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, dependable, accountable & punctual
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
