HVAC Technicians – All Experience Levels
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $20–$45 per hour (based on experience)

A mechanical contractor is hiring HVAC technicians at all levels, from entry-level helpers to senior master techs. Multiple roles available with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Assisting with installs, maintenance, and job site prep
• Performing service calls and system installations
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Leading crews and overseeing job sites
• Working with zoned systems, VRF/VRV, IAQ, smart controls, and related technologies
General Requirements:
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic hand tools (others provided as needed)
