Dental Front Office Supervisor - Bilingual
Bilingual Front Office Supervisor (Dental) – Boca Raton, FL (Saturdays required until 3:00 pm.
A well-established dental private practice in West Boca Raton is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to manage daily operations and support continued growth. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, professionalism, and a strong business mindset to ensure the practice runs smoothly, profitably, and with a focus on exceptional patient care. Experience in Dental field required at this time. Qualifications:- 1-3 years of dental office experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment care.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Dentrix and office management tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily operations to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Manage and train staff performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (collections, production, new patient flow).
- Assist in conducting staff meetings.
- Act as liaison between doctor, staff, and patients.
- Implement systems, policies, and strategies to achieve growth.
